True Blue Casino Review

 after a rocky start with this casino I must say I am more than happy playing here now. The withdrawls do take awhile (especially bank transfer) but I have recieved my winnings!! Well done True Blue!!

 You know what it is people, it's a little thing called manners. Use them. I have been nothing but polite to everyone involved, read every email back to front to make sure I had provided all the correct information and documents the casino required AND despite the public holidays in Australia, I was paid within 16 (including the 3 public holidays) business days. That is from the time I withdrew my money to the day it was available in my account. Please remember, they're all human, they deserve respect and they're doing their job. Chill out and be patient. 

 I put in about 180 dollars in the last 2 days the first time I won about 400 dollars but then I lost it the second time was meant to give me free spins nothing the third time won 467 went to have a look said my winnings were 467 but could only with draw 76 cents I thought I had to play through a bit more so I play Ed a bit more still said I could only get 76 cents tried too log back in it says hi null what do you want to do log out or back to games I try to go back to games says something went wrong all the time can’t believe I wasted 180 dollars won’t even let me chat to them bloody scammers something can be done about them read about one girl they took 160 dollars out of her bank with out her knowing I’m gonna have to ring my bank so they don’t do it to me first time I’ve ever gambled too 

 Those Muppets at true blue r on my hit list won 2500 be trying to withdraw over 3 weeks and now they say no record of winning look at transaction list and it's vanish  

 They keep cancelling my withdrawals. I’ve verified my ID but they now want my address, bank statement etc. At one stage they wanted my drivers licence. Not. A. Chance. Never send this. Simple way for some ID theft. Has anyone else provided the list for the wire transfer? Seems excessive. 

 A little further down the track, I can’t log in to the 24/7 chat, which when they discovered my username, they ended chat as quick as possible anyway. No response to emails. My VIP host, has blocked me. Obviously not one to give up without a fight, delving further into things, google Costa Rica gambling license. That will tell you that there is no regulating authority and true blue are free to do as they wish. Fuck them I say. I’ll continue to be a pain in the arse to them until something gives.  Tried for over 1 year to withdraw funds and then once everything was finally authorised they closed my account with my $750 still in it. The response from the casino was any account can be closed at thier discretion at any time.
