 Same situation as the Belarus person. I have been Waiting for a payout for three days limit sounds like they will payeventually. Also If their cash out max was higher, I might keep playing And lose it all back (the norm for me).

pozndarya Update2: I have been waiting for the withdrawal of funds since 12/12/2023 and still have not received the money. I am assured that they have processed my previous withdrawals so don't worry. But now it looks like they won’t pay me. Therefore, I do not recommend making deposits at this casino. They haven’t withdrawn money for 16 days and they can’t name the timing of withdrawal. Looks like a scam.

 Didn't give me the free spins and when I talked to the customer service but I proceeded to call me a liar basically and back and forth back and forth with them and yet still no free spins but yet they email me 3 to 5 times a day which is ridiculous
