I'm still waiting for my money I deposited back. The finance department clearly said that they would pay me back the deposits i've made. I spoke many times with "live chat" concerning this issue and they told me to send my banking information to the finance department. I did...and got NO NEWS from them. So the person on live chat asked me if I had a Skrill account ( I do, but never used it) and if I did, to send a screenshot of my Skrill account to the finance department. I registered in Magical Spin a couple of months ago and completly forgot about it. I never deposited and never cashed out.
Last week I registered again with my new email adress and deposited twice. On the second deposit, I won 1000 euros. I immediately contacted the Magical Spin finance department. When they explained to me that I couldn't withdraw from an inactive account, I then wrote back to them that it was impossible and that I made 2 deposits. But I caught on quickly that I might have registered before with my old email adress. I told them honestly what I thought was going on and they wrote back saying that they will investigate this closer. They wrote back saying that I had 2 accounts (one that was completely inactive) and the other that I was playing with.
