 Hello, I made Withdrawal of 300 on BITCOIN at 27-01-2021 21:22 and still do not get money! 4 month left! I have fully verified account. 

 I have been waiting since March 10 of 2021 on my winnings of $3000 and they keep on telling me soon or tomorrow and its now almost 90 days waiting and now they don`t answer my emails or chats . Definatly a goid looking online casina with excellent games but they dont pay.  Hi I chose a deposit bonus with Eruobets casino of 860% with a playthrough of 35x and a max of $3750 or though people I had shown say it was $3770 max withdrawal. I won $7039 I did the paperwork which David said looked fine a few days later David told me that it was approved. A couple of days went by and everytime I tried to make a withdrawal it was Bitcoin only. I contacted David who told me I could only withdraw through Bitcoin and that I could only withdraw $1099 as that was the bonus I had chosen. When I told him I hadn't and went to check the bonus I had discussed with David I would choose once I had made the withdrawal had been claimed so I couldn't check. So I opened the Bitcoin wallet and withdrew the max amount of $1000 however I deposited $100 so even if I had chosen that bonus which I wouldn't do if I'm depositing $50 or more I want max payout of at least $2500. But even if I had then I should have had $2098 in my account to withdraw and of course I haven't been able to contact David and I've been left waiting on live chat for a couple of hrs and I have screenshots of most of the conversations so I have the proof of what I'm saying. And yes it's still in pending and haven't been able to contact David.

 DO NOT PLAY at EUROBETS. This casino does not pay your winnings. I've deposited and played in this casino and yet when i finally won and withdrew ONLY $155, in June 2020, they have not paid me a single cent. DO NOT DEPOSIT here. If they ever pay me i will edit this review. 

 I have been waiting since may for my winnings. Contacted casino on many occasions sometimes im ignored and other times they tell me i will get my winnings next week. This never happens. 

 I am having no luck getting paid my winnings from this casino. I made the withdrawel 19 days ago after being told my account was verified i deposited played and won. My withdrawel was for 500 which changed immediately to 390. I have sent emails with no reply. I have spoken to chat couple times and last week he said it was being sorted then cut me off chat. Now i cant get anyone on chat and there is no phone number to contact. Surely this is illegal? How can a casino keep taking money but not pay out? Its a disgrace. 

 Wasn’t sure at first but after trying this casino, I am in LOVE! Their customer service is amazing and they respond immediately, I’ve never had to wait.
